The light body is a framework of light considered to be a container for higher consciousness. Awakening your light body allows for greater alignment with your expanded nature. As you consciously assimilate this light, your unique spark is illuminated as you become more of who you really are.

There are many teachings on the light body, some more complex than others. This recording includes an activation of your light body and affirmations to bring more light into every part of you, down to the very cells and neurons in your body and all levels of existence.

Accompanying frequencies include harmonic combinations of the Solfeggio tones as carrier tones, designed to support varying levels of delta, theta, alpha and gamma brainwave states. This is our only recording that incorporates gamma.

NOTE: If you are new to Sacred Acoustics or binaural beats in general, this may not be the best place to start. We advise becoming accustomed to some of our other recordings prior to trying this one.

Is the etheric accessed in this recording?

Sound affects the etheric body. Since the quality of our thoughts can enhance or block that etheric experience, I am wondering if the remarkable sounds in Light Body might be accessing that layer. I ask because I was told the etheric if enhanced can be a source of physical healing. Or at least sensitize us for this.

Wow Just Wow

This is an amazing Meditation that takes me into the most beautiful place. I have been listening to it for the last 19 days and the areas of my life that have changed are, connecting with Source Energy, I feel like I am floating in it and Forgiveness, I have felt true forgiveness toward several people who have hurt me deeply in my life and the pain I have been dragging around with me for many years has gone. Physically, Light Body Meditation seems to make every cell in my body vibrate and it is awesome, I have also felt energy move out of my body through the soles of my feet and I often get the feeling of someone gently touching my left temple area which often rolls over to tingling in my Third Eye.
I am deeply grateful to Sacred Acoustics for producing this Meditation and making it available to so many people by keeping it affordable. I will look at giving another review around the three month mark. I am so excited to find out what other changes happen in my life.

Joyfully abundant

I initially started with the Theta/Delta/Alpha recordings twice a day, I was so impressed with those, I wanted to deepen my experience and thought I'd try out Light Body. It has not disappointed. I'm doing it daily and every journey gives me a new experience of shifting states, seeing images in my minds eye which very rarely happens and in my waking state, feeling an abundance of joy, ease and peace. I'm committing to this as a daily practice and am excited to see what continues to unfold. I also love how I am able to stay more conscious of my experience with the Light Body recording, and am better able to track physical sensations and shifts in my energy bodies more easily. Highly recommend.

peaceful and angelic

For about a year, been meditating and able to reduce the monkey mind and chatter. Then I saw Eben on you tube and researching NDE's I was intrigued to try especially ones he recommended. I also have the Delta, Theta, and Alpha but not as powerful as this light body-likely the Gamma waves are really helpful. Only been using for about a week and am pleasantly surprised with how at times, I feel angelic and peaceful. Thank you for these products I may have to try more 8-)
